# Professional services for the distance between decision and done

The decision was made months ago. The budget exists. The work has not moved. We help clients close the distance between an approved decision and a delivered outcome.

## The problem

Most stalled technology projects are not stalled on technology.

They are waiting on a decision nobody owns. Or three providers are each doing their piece correctly while nothing joins up between them. Or the person coordinating it has a day job that keeps winning. Or the scope was written well enough to buy from, but not well enough to build against.

**We scope it so it can actually be executed.** A statement of work that names deliverables, dependencies, and who decides what, rather than only what is being bought.

**We align the people with a stake before work starts.** Most mid-project friction is a disagreement that predates the project.

**We coordinate across providers.** When several providers touch the same outcome, the gaps between them are where time is lost. Someone has to own those gaps.
